This project is about hosting static websites, CloudFront Distributions, and Cognito. It’s useful for developers wanting to create a secure environment for their static websites. A routing lambda function provides a gateway to other AWS services that can be invoked with data from the user. An API Gateway was added to scale requests to the website and provide another point to route different traffic if needed.
